The clip pretty much explains itself. You’ll get a quick
glimpse of daily Bamako life and a look at a spectacular piece of art. As I
mentioned in the piece, the artist, and I can’t find his/her name, replaced
each headlight with a television set. I wish I could see what would be playing
on those TVs.
